If I did I would have to cut back at least 50%. As it is I'll stretch my limited retirement income to manage a token effort. The discouraging thing is the reduction in my take home pay from a part time job that gas prices cause. It's not just the driving. Everything costs more. If I didn't drive at all, the cost of survival is in the stratosphere. Has anyone bought a $1.25 tomato lately?

The truck is in awesome shape with 20" rims, but it is killing me in gas! It costs me $120.00 to fill it up so my spending budget will be cut by 25% at least this christmas.

So, yes, our holiday budget is being cut once again. I'm doing a lot more online shopping because of the gas prices. I shop online when I get free shipping.
