If I were to yell at another motorist, it would most likely be:
Use your turn signal!
Keep to the right; move out of my way!
Slow down!
Hang up and pay attention!
Get off of my bumper!
Turn on your headlights!
Dim your lights, you're blinding me!
Watch where you're going!

This was a hard one to just pick one. I yell in my car all the time for all of these reasons. Not that they can hear me, but I feel better.

I tried to vote on this question and it didn't give me the 100points. It won't let me vote again. Any ideas about what happened?

I did look at the results of the poll before I voted. Does that invalidate the vote?

Dim your headlights!

I know we all gotta watch out for the deer around here (they're everywhere, like cockroaches on a full moon night!) but you don't have to blind me in the process.

"Slow down!" means you have to be going as fast or faster than the other motorist to yell to him that. And that'll work only if he'll hear you over the wind whooshing around.

That's easy -- "If you can't stay in your lane, get off the road!"

I.E. weaving -- not changing lanes, because that's different; just crowding me to the point of dangerousness.

Cell phones and not paying attention to the road... ADD people that leave shopping carts in parking lots.

I cant stand it when I have to come to a stop in traffic because the car in front of me doesnt use their turn signals. Now, That's a way I dont want to spend my gas money or air quality!

Yep, they left off cell phone users. I wish the cops would check cell phone records after every crash and traffic violation. I'm sure they would find a large percentage of them are caused by the inattention caused by cell phone usage.
Multi-tasking is unacceptable when driving.

Drivers today have WAY too many distractions to contend with. Every roadside sign and billboard screams 'Look at me'. And the usual cell phone conversation, the passengers conversations, the radio, the DVD, the personal computers, the GPS, the book tapes, etc. etc. etc. NO wonder we CRASH into one another and/or fixed objects! The driver, the pilot, the operator or WHATEVER needs to be focused on navigating the vehicle safely along the intended pathway PERIOD.

I've probably used most of them at one time or another, but the most common comment I have for other drivers is "move it or park it!" When I'm driving I usually want to get somewhere, so people who are just moseyin' along in the rush hour traffic really irritate me!

I agree with INoit, gestures are childish & yelling doesn't help when they're windows are up. Just flash your lights at those who don't have theirs on at dusk, etc.

I am not one to yell but if I did it would probably be turn your lights on.
Nothing bugs me more than after dark or in times of low visibility to meet oncoming traffic with no lights. Fog, blowing snow, and rain all call for lights so " GET THE LIGHTS ON "

Tailgaiting is very annoying, unless the car in question is trying to draft me to pass on the outside.

This one happens to me once in a while. It is a combination of a couple of these. When someone doesn't "pay attention" to the lines on the street when it curves, and changes lanes without "using their turn signal" and cuts me off.

This one just happened yesterday. A lady changed lanes to the right lane on an interstate highway at the same time I was entering the highway from an on ramp. I had to break so she didn't force me off the road or run into my car. She had no reason to move into the right lane at that exact time since the next exit was about a mile away and traffic was light so there would have been plenty of time for her to move into the right lane if she needed to exit. There was no one in the passing lane for her to "get out of the way of" either. I think she was just not "paying attention" to the entering traffic. She did signal though so she probably figured that she did nothing wrong.

I'm glad I was paying attention and using my defensive driving skills.

Most all of those are irritating while I'm driving. On the highway having some idiot ride my bumper is a concern. Around town, not using turn signals bugs me to no end. With today's "need" to continually communicate, cell phone use and texting is a huge safety issue.

These are all things that I yell at other motorists, while my windows are up so they can't hear me anyway. So I'm really just "talking to my windshield" but it releases tension.

none of the choices given was that which irritates/scares me the most - the dangerous drivers who do not know how to enter/exit a limited access roadway or those who drive way below the limit on them without using their flashing lights. I do see the cell yappers a lot but they aren't the ones who most make me growl.

I'm tired of these idiots usually in large SUVs who are on my tail despite the fact I'm not in a passing lane and am doing the speed limit or even a bit more. From the look on their faces, they probably just had a fight with their spouse.

A close second goes to those selfish drivers who are on their cells and can't be bothered with focusing on the road. Bravo to Philly.

Distracted driving is what I see mostly during my 100 mile round trip every day. Just yesterday a driver drifted left in a construction zone and drove head-on into the start of a chain of jersey barriers. Not pretty.

Good for Philly, cell phones have got to go. People are driving so stupid now and 99% of them are talking on a cell phone.
